    先后共主持973项目课题和子课题各1项,国家支撑计划课题1项和子课题2项,国家自然科学基金8项,国际科学基金2项,北京市自然科学基金1项,国家留学回国基金1项,教育部重大项目培育项目1项,其它省、部级项目5项,横向课题4项。发表论文100余篇,其中在“Plant Physiology”,“New Phytologist” ,“Soil Biology and Biochemistry”,“Plant and Soil”等SCI源刊物上发表论文53篇。获省部级科技进步1-3等奖5项。利用钢铁厂高炉熔渣成功研制高效硅钙肥产品并进行了大面积的田间试验与示范。“新型硅钙肥的研制及其高效施用技术研究”2006年已通过部级成果鉴定,达到总体国际先进、在硅提高植物抗病机制与硅钙肥加工工艺方面达到国际领先水平。

    创新方向/梁永超[浙江大学环境与资源学院教授] 编辑

    1、首次发现pH>7.5的石灰性水稻土存在缺硅现象,阐明了其缺硅机制,修正了半个世纪以来国内外关于缺硅仅限于南方酸性土壤这一错误论点,达到了国际领先水平,引起国际同行的关注。“石灰性水稻土缺硅机制与水稻缺硅诊断新技术”获得1999年度农业部科技进步二等奖(排名第一)。

    2、利用高炉熔渣通过加入添加剂成功研制新型高效硅钙肥。“新型硅钙肥的研制及其高效施用技术研究”已于2006年通过部级成果鉴定,达到总体国际先进,在硅提高植物抗病机制与硅钙肥加工技术与工艺方面达到国际领先水平。

    3、首次报道黄瓜对硅的吸收与运输是逆浓度递度的主动过程,受低温和代谢抑制剂的显著影响。高等植物对硅的吸收与运输同时存在着两种机制,即主动和被动过程,其相对重要性取决于植物种类和外界供硅浓度。这一假设在水稻、玉米、向日葵和冬瓜上得到证实。相关论文已在“New Phytologist” 上发表。首次证实了68Ge可以作为硅的示踪剂研究植物对硅的吸收与运输机制,番茄对硅的排斥吸收是由转运体(Transporter)调控的主动过程。相关论文已在“Plant Physiology”上发表。

    4、系统研究并首次阐明了硅提高植物对非生物胁迫的抗性机制。硅提高植物体内抗氧化酶系统的活性从而减轻由非生物胁迫如盐害、冻害、重金属(镉、锌、锰等)毒害引起的膜脂质过氧化伤害是硅提高植物对非生物胁迫抗性的共性机制。本领域的研究属于开拓、创新性研究。 相关论文以在“Plant and Soil”,“ Journal of Plant Physiology”, “Environmental and Experimental Botany”, Journal of Hazardous Materials”, “中国科学” 等SCI刊物上发表。

    5、硅提高黄瓜、小麦白粉病及水稻稻瘟病、白叶枯病的抗性机制的研究达到了国际先进、国内领先地位。明确了硅本身不是激发子,但在病菌感染情况下施入土壤等基质的硅通过植物根系吸收后显著提高植物体内与诱导抗性密切相关的病程相关蛋白(PRs)如POD、PPO、PAL、几丁质酶、-1,3葡聚糖酶的活性从而增强植物的诱导抗性;而叶面喷施的硅不能提高植物的诱导抗性,只能通过“机械或物理屏障”作用或通过硅酸盐离子的“渗透胁迫”作用提高植物对白粉病菌的抗性。 相关论文已在“Plant Pathology”, “European Journal of Plant Pathology” 上发表。 此项研究已通过部级鉴定,在硅提高植物抗病机制方面的研究达到国际领先水平。

    6、通过国家支撑计划课题“东北黑土区地力衰减农田综合治理技术模式研究与示范”的研究,阐明了我国暗棕壤地区长期施用化肥抑制了土壤硝化潜势,但施用有机肥则显著提高土壤硝化潜势。施肥显著降低了铵氧化古菌(AOA)丰度,但显著提高了铵氧化细菌(AOB)丰度。施肥对铵氧化古菌(AOA)群落结构无影响,但显著改变了铵氧化细菌(AOB)的群落结构。土壤硝化潜势与铵氧化古菌(AOA)群落结构无关,但与铵氧化细菌(AOB)群落结构显著相关。长期施用有机肥通过改变铵氧化细菌(AOB)群落结构从而缓解了施用化肥引起的铵氧化抑制效应。相关论文已在“Microbial Ecology ”和“Plant and Soil”上发表。

    7、通过973项目课题“影响土壤持续生产力的关键生态学过程与调控”的研究,明确了氮循环的微生物调控机制,明确了与可持续生产力关系密切的土壤生态学过程;为提高土壤持续生产力提供了调控的方向和途径,如强化土壤CNP代谢过程、提高线虫多样性等,为倡导和发展经典管理模式(如平衡施肥和施用有机肥)提供了新的思路;为农业生态系统地下生态过程与土壤生产力的关系构建了初步的研究框架。相关论文已在“Ecological Complexity ”和“Plant and Soil”上发表。

    8、阐明了水稻对镉胁迫的响应机理。隔胁迫水稻根和地上部抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化剂浓度降低,导致过氧化氢“爆发”(H2O2 burst),膜脂质过氧化,生长抑制;分根试验表明,镉能从镉处理的根转移到非镉处理的根,镉胁迫下细胞程序化死亡加速。水杨酸通过提高水稻的抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化剂浓度,尤其是提高与镉结合的巯基,降低H2O2积累和膜脂质过氧化从而降低镉诱导的过氧化伤害,提高对镉毒害的抗性。有关论文已在SCI刊物“Environmental Pollution”, “Journal of Plant Physiology”和“Journal of Plant Nutrition”发表。
