  • 汤鸿霄

    汤鸿霄,1931年出生于河北徐水,环境工程与环境水质专家,中国工程院院士,中国科学院生态环境研究中心教授、博导。 1958年汤鸿霄毕业于哈尔滨工业大学给水排水工程专业 ;1959年在哈尔滨建筑工程学院任教;1977年到中国科学院环境化学研究所工作;1984年以访问学者身份到瑞士水资源与水污染控制研究所学习;1989年领导建立环境水质学国家重点实验室;1995年当选为中国工程院院士;1997年担任中国科学院生态环境研究中心学术委员会主任;1999年获得何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖;2011年获选为科学中国人 ;2012年担任国家环境咨询委员会委员 。 汤鸿霄长期从事环境水质学、环境工程学和用水废水处理技术的科学研究及教学工作 。

    汤鸿霄 汤鸿霄

    1950年,汤鸿霄从北京前往黑龙江省哈尔滨市,进入哈尔滨工业大学学习,1月加入中国共产党   ,专修一年俄语后于1951年进入地质系,半年后又转入采矿系,由苏联专家以俄语进行专业教学,后来根据院系调整再转到土木系给水排水工程专业。

    1958年,本科毕业后留校任教,后来根据教学需要,分配担任“水化学及水微生物学”的课程主讲,进修了各门化学化工课程和实验操作技术。

    1977年,调入了中国科学院环境化学研究所水污染化学教研室,担任副研究员,从事自然环境中水体重金属的污染评价和防治。

    1984年,以访问学者的身份到瑞士水资源与水污染控制研究所(现环境科学与技术研究所,EAWAG)工作,跟随水化学专家W.斯塔姆教授学习。

    1985年,回到中国,担任中国科学院生态环境研究中心水污染化学研究室主任。

    1989年,领导建立环境模拟与污染控制国家重点联合实验室组成部分之一的环境水质学国家重点实验室,1991年通过国家验收   。

    1993年10月,担任环境水化学国家重点实验室学术委员会第一届主任(至1996年3月)   。

    1995年5月,当选为中国工程院院士,隶属于环境与轻纺工程学部 (水污染防治)。

    1997年1月,担任中国科学院生态环境研究中心学术委员会主任   。1999年,获得何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖   。

    汤鸿霄先后从事蓟运河汞污染,湘江镉污染,鄱阳湖铜污染等重金属形态、评价及治理研究。有机有毒物的吸附、光催化降解,酸雨水化学及水质模式计算,水体颗粒物,污染沉积物、吸附絮凝理论、高效水处理工艺技术,计算模式及地理信息系统应用等方面研究   。

    在中国率先研究无机高分子絮凝理论和絮凝剂,主持建立聚合氧化铝现代生产厂,稳定化聚合氯化铁工艺。

    广泛开展微界面水质过程和表面络合计算模式,吸附絮凝理论,高效水处理工艺技术,有机有毒物吸附及控制等研究。

    在无机高分子絮凝剂的理论、开发、生产及应用工艺的多年系列研究中作出重要成果。多年参加中国工程院全国及西北水资源可持续发展战略研究工作   。

    截至2010年,汤鸿霄主持完成多项国家科技攻关,国家自然科学重点及面上基金,中科院重点及国际重大合作项目,历年获国家、中科院及省部级奖励多项次。汤鸿霄主持完成多项国家及国际合作研究项目,获国家及中科院自然科学和科技进步多次奖项。2000年主持的项目《痕量污染物在水体沉积物界面的复杂反应过程研究》获得中国国家自然科学基金委员会化学科学部资助   。

    人才培养

    1988年,汤鸿霄承担了组建环境水化学国家重点实验室(SKLEAC)的任务,他把在学科上的构思变为科研实体的可能性,提出的实验室组成模式在学科上包含化学、地学、生态、信息计算和工程技术等各个方面,体现了把天然水体与水处理工艺中的环境水质学融为一体的学术思想,把现代水质科学基础和水质转化高效技术的前沿研究作为具体目标,仪器设备的布局也围绕着综合整体,最终在1995年完成建设并通过国家验收   。

    截至2013年,汤鸿霄已培养博士生60余名,硕士生10余名,1994年被评为中国科学院优秀导师。根据中国科学技术信息研究所、国家工程技术数字研究馆信息、全国图书馆参考咨询联盟,汤鸿霄培养学生情况如下   :
