细胞克隆

生物无性繁殖的方式之一
细胞克隆(cell cloning )是生物繁殖一种类型,无性繁殖。是一种把单个细胞从群体内分离出来单独培养,使之重新繁衍成一个新的细胞群体的培养技术。克隆能够保持亲本的绝大部分性状。生物体通过无性繁殖所生成的群体或个体称为克隆体,由动物体内一个细胞经过无性生殖过程进而发育形成的动物个体为克隆动物。生物克隆被应用于人类会引起道德和人伦的混乱,而多次克隆就像复印件被多次打印。

In the modern biological laboratory cell cloning is often a component in a research project. A single cell clone is generated from cells seeded in selective medium, which permit the proliferation of only cells with the required properties. Sometimes this can be done in a single step while it can also be necessary to do it in two or more stages. Obviously the choice of selective medium is critical. Once the clonal colonies are selected it is necessary to grow them isolated in smaller wells and to ensure that there are no extraneous cells, which have been picked with the clone.
