《Rubber Soul》（橡胶灵魂）是英国摇滚乐队The Beatles的第六张录音室专辑，发行于1965年12月3日。专辑由George Martin担任制作人，为了迎接圣诞节市场，专辑仅仅花费了4周时间进行录制。与之前5张专辑不同的是，专辑的录制处在一个特别的时期，专辑制作不是在繁忙的巡演和电影拍摄过程中完成的。从次以后，The Beatles在录制每张专辑时(除了《Magical Mystery Tour》)都不再需要顾及其他日程安排。
Rubber Soul包括了节奏布鲁斯R&B, 流行乐pop, 灵魂乐soul, 民谣摇滚folk rock以及迷幻音乐psychedelic music 等多种音乐风格。这张专辑被认为取得了很高的艺术成就，在商业和评论界都获得了成功，象征着披头士乐队的成熟，被认为是The Beatles在音乐艺术上的一次转折点和飞跃。
2012年，Rubber Soul被滚石杂志选为“史上最伟大的五百张专辑”中的第5名。2013年，在英国唱片业协会更改销售量指标后，宣布这张专辑成为白金唱片。
